SECONDARY ENGLISH ZONE

On 26 September each year, the European Day of Language is enjoyed by thousand of people across Europe and by schools, governmental institutions and NGOs in all countries of Europe.  It is an annual day of celebration that was initiated in 2001, during the European Year of Languages. Its aim is to alert the public to the importance of languages and increase intercultural understanding, to promote the rich linguistic and cultural diversity of Europe and to encourage lifelong language learning in and out of school. 

NEW SCHOOL YEAR 2019-20 It is a new schoolyear, it is a new opprtunity for leaning and enjoying new friends, new experiences, new knowledge. Our motto this course "Always beginning" means don´t  give up, try again, learn from mistakes.

RED NOSE DAY ´19            What is Red         Nose Day? Since its launch in 1988, Red Nose Day has become something of a British institution. It’s the day, every two years, when people across the land can get together and raise money at home, school and work. When you donate to Comic Relief you’re supporting vulnerable people and communities in the UK and internationally. Our vision is to create a just world free from poverty and we’re doing this by funding amazing organisations doing amazing things. You can take on a fundraising challenge, buy a red nose or host a bake sale. If that's not your bag then buy some merchandise or make a donation. It doesn't matter how you get involved, as long as you do.

WRITING A NARRATIVE

ALL SAINTS´WEEK 2018 "WE ARE ALL CALLED TO BE SAINTS" As the past three years we have been working on the saints, a Spanish tradition which may be replaced, specially among young people , with Halloween.  Both traditions are related to the dead and we want to focus on ours and put a cheerful atmosphere for the children to see that Sanctity is not a dark and old thing. It has been a global project worked from the early ages in our school learning about the Christian origins of their names , the lives of the most famous saints as St. Teresa, St. Francis of Asís, etc. and they have had fun getting pictures taken at this nice photocall "LET´S BE SAINTS In Primary they have done different activities such as Maps with saints to see their stories, origins and celebration; beautiful garlands, some tips for us to be a kind of saints, to see how people around us are on their way to a common sanctity and to appreciate generosity, pray, help, teaching, underst...
