IMMERSION WEEK AT SHEFFIELD CENTRE IN GUADARRAMA  Last October our  1º ESO students have participated in an exciting immersion week at Sheffield Centre in Guadarrama. They have been learning about nature, animals, wild life, but at the same time they have been practising their social skills and the most important thing: RESPECT OTHERS.  The monitors have made them think about unrespectful attitudes and how can they hurt others. How to fight bullying and how to help weaker people around them.   They have enjoyed music and dance and  outdoors and indoors activities. They have known each other better and this week has been a good opportunity to strength ties between the two classes.  We hope they have practised a good English with the native monitors and our teachers and they have discovered that they can communicate in a foreign language even if they make mistakes. Daring to speak English is the target in a different environment where they feel free from school t
